We are proud to have a diverse mix of organizations, programs and services as part of our community outreach.
Founded in 1963, St. James Preschool has been a much-loved fixture of the Richmond district for nearly 50 years. Initially started as a church-based nursery school, it is now an independent non-profit preschool, offering quality education to children ages 2-5.
The St. James Preschool strives to create an educational environment that respects each child’s individuality, while cultivating a strong sense of community. It is dedicated to a developmental child-centered philosophy that fosters personal growth, cultural awareness and respect for a child’s spirit. St. James Preschool is place where a child can grow, explore, learn and have fun in a safe and intimate setting.
