Music is an important part of our liturgy at the 10:00 a.m. service and on special holy days. Our organist, Aki Amai , is also an accomplished pianist. A small but devoted adult choir, led by our music director, Fred Goff, meets for practice each week at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and 9:00 a.m. on Sundays. Anyone who loves to sing is invited to join and parishioners who play a musical instrument may add their talents to our music program as well. St. James also hosts frequent music concerts featuring talented parishioners and others in the community, including recitals by violin students who take Suzuki lessons through the Community Learning Center.
